Took my father to an emergency who needed translation. There's a sign that says if you experience shortness of breath, do not wait in line. There was nobody in line anyways and tried knocking. Nurse refused to let in and told us to wait. Then proceeded to say they're only accepting the patients even we told that he needed translation. Never expereinced this before. Everything went smooth, nurses were great the doctor was awesome, I wouldn’t feel afraid whenever the next colonoscopy comes around.
Worst service ever the emergency department nurses don’t care about their patients while I’m in a lot of pain I hear them laughing talking about their social life I would rather die then to ever go to Kaiser emergency room these nurses don’t take their job seriously
