The receptionist for the Gyno/OBG office was rude. Ask a question and got no response other than a long stare and a head nod. Not very welcoming. I will stick to going to my original kaiser permanente office, only had to go here because I needed to see my doctor sooner.
I have been a member for many years, but the care has definitely deteriorated. The doctors don't seem to care and the ladies at the check in desk are more than grumpy.
