Horrible service. Requested a lab test from the doctor for celiac. Took time off work & when I went to go take it, the lab they said my doctor never put in the order even though he confirmed that he did. A lot of the doctors here are so careless.
Kameelah at the front desk was such a great start to an otherwise scary visit for me. She was very welcoming, professional, and kind. She went out of her way to squeeze me into an appointment with Dr. Kim for which I am very grateful. Every year the rates go up, the parking gets worse, appointment times get longer and there is no measurable difference in the quality service
My PC Yelena Sergeyeva with Kaiser, is a wonderful doctor, she REALLY listens to me which to me is very important! She does what she sees will be my quick recovery.
