Typical greedy private insurance company. I pay a lot per month for good coverage. I went to a telehealth provider, grow therapy, that was advertised on Kiaser's site. I searched for telehealth providers by "telehealth therapy that takes Kaiser." Anyway go to six sessions it's covered in full and then all the sudden I get billed for the full amount for 4 sessions. Do not get this insurance. The service they offer has gone way down. Cutting doctors while still taking on more clients. Almost imposible to find a doctor then when you do, its 6 months to get an apointment, then half the time the doctor quits and cancels your appointment, so you have to start over. You cant even chat with a doctor on the app any more. It's just a nurse and expect it to take at least any hour, and no matter your condition, the nurse will just tell you to go to urgent care.
Transferred to 5 different departments for 36 mins. Sandra and Christine (sp?) were NOT helpful.
Kaiser Permanente of Washington is 100% greedy and DOES NOT actually care about their patients only with how much money they get. Kaiser use to actually be a decent health insurance company but in jstu a few short months I have seen it go down hill quickly all for THEIR bottom line with no consideration for what it costs their customers and patients.
