Doctor Brina was absolutely horrible and dismissive she walked in visibly upset and proceeded to take her frustrations out on me worst experience i have ever been a part of im just going to make an appointment with pchc here in pueblo so done with kaiser

After multiple disappointing experiences at this office, I will be seeking care elsewhere. During my most recent visit, I felt dismissed, unheard, and as though my concerns were not taken seriously. When I asked reasonable questions about my treatment options while waiting for a referral, the conversation was redirected toward narcotics even though I never asked for them. I had an appointment at the Acero Medical Office which is located at 2625 W Pueblo Blvd, Pueblo, CO. On June 16th, I went in for a spirometry test with Ana K Mayorquin, RN. I spent about 20 minutes with her while I was attempting to breathe into a tube. She was angry at me because she thought I was inhaling too much.
