KP Acero Medical Office is a calm comforting placde. The staff is personable and friendly. I feel they care about me personally. I don't feel like a number.
The PA that I saw, Gina Jimenez was amazing. Very patient, kind, and thorough. And my nurse was amazing also.
After multiple disappointing experiences at this office, I will be seeking care elsewhere. During my most recent visit, I felt dismissed, unheard, and as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Every patient deserves to be treated with compassion, respect, and to have their concerns genuinely heard.
Doctor Brina was absolutely horrible and dismissive she walked in visibly upset and proceeded to take her frustrations out on me worst experience i have ever been a part of im just going to make an appointment with pchc here in pueblo so done with kaiser
