Dr Lum at Kaiser, is a wonderful Doctor, listens to all your concerns and immediately sets up appointments with appropriate people if necessary. He is thoughtful, intelligent, and compassionate. He always spends the time with you that is necessary.
Dr Kwan at Kaiser Dermatology addressed all of my health issues in a thorough and precise manner while putting me at ease with her friendly communication. I would strong recommend her.
My appt with my GYN doctor, Dr. Aslan, was wonderful!! My questions were answered and didn’t have to worry about side effects
Pauline in the lab is so nice. Rigoberto in the lab is awesome. He was so nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He checked in with me sporadically to make sure I was ok. The regular security guard that works there every day is so nice and friendly too. He always has good energy and a positive attitude.
