My experience with Dr Zhou was informative advice from a knowledgeable professional. Doctor Zhou also arranged for a referral for further tests that were made the same day in less than 2 hours after my visit. Further, I had an appointment scheduled for the next morning with another highly qualified professional, Dr. Sy. My experiences with both doctors were very much appreciated with their attention to detail, solid advice and level of care. Thank you to both Doctors for your high quality care.
The staff in the Pediatrics Department are dedicated and caring. The medical assistant and Dr. Tuch were efficient and friendly. They answered all our questions and provided thoughtful advice to address the medical conditions of my child.
Love my PP, Dr. Cherukuri. And the medical assistant who helped me check in, Barbara, was so caring. When I mentioned that I was starting to have low blood sugar, she didn't hesitate to look for something for me to drink (apple juice) and eat (crackers). Asked me if I needed more. Thank you for the personal care. And Dr. Cherukuri really listened and focus on my issues and concerns about the pain I was feeling. She never once ignored what I was telling her. Thank you , Doc!
