Brand new members as of August 1st and nothing has been positive. Short hours and doctors not open to listening to what the patient has to say. That's just the start. Lol. I guess I will choose something else during open enrollment. I do want to say Mike at the front desk was very helpful!!
Dr. Amanda Lam is so caring, sharp, and efficient. She is always on point with her diagnoses and is quick to refer me to specialists when needed. She is intelligent, has a strong work ethic, and is incredibly efficient. I truly feel that she deeply cares about my well-being and that my health is in good hands. I love Kaiser Mountain View. Her assistant Janine is also very nice too. Thank you, Dr. Lam!
Dr. Avis Chan was professional, caring. Her team was efficient, parking is convenient. Great Experience!
