I have found Kaiser Permanente health care services over the past 10+ years to be very competent, efficient, and proactive. All the caregivers and clinicians provided excellent care and were professional in their conduct. Dr. Ma (primary physician) who I have been seeing for the past 4-5 years, has been consistently professional, efficient, and caring. Very frustrated with care I've received from Kaiser and Dr. MANJESHWAR. Even though I am generally a healthy adult in need of little care, my current doctor does not seem to prioritize my care and doesn't listen to my needs. My previous doctor of 20 years at this location was excellent, but I think Kaiser puts a lot of pressure on the doctors to save costs over proper treatment.
My doctor is proactive when it comes to my health concerns and treats me with kindness and respect. He's been my primary doctor for 8 years.
Dr. Wang has been my Dermotologist for so long that I have seen her for her many moves with in Kaiser (4-5) locations. She is efficient, compassionate, wise and skilled and knows her skin issues better than anyone I have ever seen in two different states.
