Very scary do not go here!!! If you must go to the kaiser, go anywhere but aurora.better yet- I suggest you drive to a state without kaiser since they have to pay the bill there, since they can't communist your choice in all states.

If there’s snow on the ground, make sure you film the surroundings.And get as much proof as possible that you were injured because they neglected to clear halfways of snow, even though they have elderly and already injured patients coming to see them.Because if you fall, THEY WILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO COVER THEIR BUTTS. Kaiser Permanente is horrible. They handed my lab results to someone who is NOT my PCP
Very poor service! This is my second year they cancel my app for a mammogram in the last minutes after waiting 4 months. To reschedule is a disaster, it takes another 4 months to secure another appointment. Who is responsible for this chaos? Whoever is, please wake up from your hibernation, the health of these patients is not a toy in your hands.
