When I joined KP about 30 years ago, it was a top-notch organization. Now, however, it has steadily gone downhill. They deny coverage for things they referred me for from outside sources. The latest was for a medical device to monitor my condition, but have now denied coverage because they said they I did not follow up with my doctor every 6 months to ensure adherence with my plan.
