First time trying to Seek therapy such a terrible experience. I show up 10 minutes before the appointment just to wait 20 minutes after the appointment then wait another 20 to speak with the manager. This is an occurring thing with Kaiser. Every time I have an appointment at any department my time is not respected With me waiting 20 minutes to an hour every time. It’s all about a paycheck to them.

Terrible company can't get doctors appointments for a month out. Doctors keep leaving because they are not good company to work for. If you have a choice stay away from them.

I don’t know. I have a broken shoulder. Go do a CT. They tell me that I need surgery. Then some rude little person calls me and tells me we’re gonna monitor you and take x-rays every two weeks. I ask her how did this happen? What happened to surgery and how am I supposed to be like this for a month with no cast or anything on my shoulder. She said not my problem. I’m reading you a note.
