Best Kaiser! Every time I come here I feel genuinely cared for. The nurses and providers are kind, attentive, and really take the time to listen. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I’m very grateful for the care I get here on top of Being so close to home.
The receptionist was very helpful and informative. Resolved my concerns in just a few minutes.
Jessica Hoffman NP is so great, I recommend her to anybody and everybody! I don't know anybody who enjoys having their woman parts checked out, but today's experience was excellent. Jessica made it less awkward and made me feel more comfortable. She is so funny and down to earth. I would absolutely see her again for any issues. Shout out to Melissa Costelloe who is always so sweet and friendly. Kaiser tehachapi has a great staff.

Jessica, the nurse practitioner, I met with in the Tehachapi Office was fantastic. She listened to my needs and provided me with thorough information in words I could understand which allowed me to make an informed choice on my health. I felt very comfortable with her bedside manner. Kaiser could use more employees like her in their facilities!
