The Kaiser Phlebotomist at your Tehachapi medical office is to be highly commended for his professionalism, technique and ability to navigate the complex health care system. Dan’s help in coordinating records across facilities has been such a help in my care, and being able to endorse the Kaiser staff for their quality service to the community.
Dan was very patient with my toddlers, 5 and 11 year olds. Did his best to make it a fun experience instead of a scary one.
Dan is the BEST at what we does. I have never had anyone do a blood draw as well as he does, you do not even feel the needle. He is always a pleasure to speak with and I always leave feeling like he genuinely cares. He is the best that Kaiser has to offer.
