Nothing but bad things with Kaiser permanente. It's all about the money. I wonder whatever happened to the good old days when nurses and doctors care now it's all about the money, Facebook and when the hell is the weekend?
Dr. R was very nice and informative. I was very satisfied by her quality of care. She is great!
We usually drive to Lancaster for labs but decided to check out Tehachapi as it's closer. Checking in was fast & efficient and the girl at the desk was really nice. The wait for the blood draw wasn't too long and the whole experience was great. I had read all the positive reviews about Dan the phlebotomist prior to going and let me tell you he did not disappoint! Dan is awesome! Highly recommend 👍😊
Best Kaiser! Every time I come here I feel genuinely cared for. The nurses and providers are kind, attentive, and really take the time to listen. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I’m very grateful for the care I get here on top of Being so close to home.
