Not very helpful
Excellent optometrist and staff.
Do yourself a favor and chose Costco. I made a mistake and went to Kaiser on Grant Line thinking my appointment was there and they redirected me to the correct place on Naglee. I arrived 9 minutes after my scheduled appointment time of 11:10am. The woman at the check- in Kaur was completely rude and showed no customer service at all. She stated awe thats too bad we're going to have to reschedule you. 9 minutes is crazy work. I should have went anywhere else to begin with. My mistake. Sharing with others now.
The opitician took served me 15 minutes ahead of my appointment time and Linda was very helpful in selecting prescription glasses for me.
Good. Service and kind staff very helpful!
