They said my Cataract surgery is covered but there are no dates available. Its really no better than no coverage.

I've been to kaiser at Market Street, Ventura and every time it's been a positive experience for me. The staff is very professional and the doctors are amazing!
My parents are Kaiser Members and have been coming to this clinic for the last six years, and every time they come they are greeted and Checked in immediately. The facility is clean and organized- great staff. Dr Vinson had seen my mother today and she x-rayed her lungs, completed blood and urine work. My mother suffers from asthma and she was was prescribed a different inhaler. She also recommended holistic treatment such as a Netty pot. Arrived at urgent care at 10:30 am was advised that wait time was 11/2 hours was in extreme pain but I figured I could hold on for that long now 3 hours later I asked a nurse what was the hold up, I was told that doctors are in a meeting could be an other 45 min ask why I wasn’t advised of that I could have come an other day the nurses was very condescending when asked about the hold up.People are sick and in pain very un professional and I hope the pain I endured was worth the wait not the Kaiser I used to know sad
