They are no help. All they do is have people call you and ask you all the same shit 9ver and over and over and dont even find you the help you need and they have more people call you amd asking information like they forgot already and lost the info you just gave them. They are no help and very slow at trying to figure out how to help you. Youre better off seeking help outside of kaiser because they dont care.

What a horrible joke... Prepare for the worst if you are depressed because trying to get help with them will make you feel worse. Asked my primary doctor for a referral, never happened. Tried to schedule on the app... Not possible. Had to search online to find a contact number, called to get an appointment, told they have to have me call a different department...
