Kaiser Permanente doesn’t care about mental health. No wonder they have been sued. Therapist are nice but I think they are overwhelmed.
What a horrible joke... Prepare for the worst if you are depressed because trying to get help with them will make you feel worse. Asked my primary doctor for a referral, never happened. Tried to schedule on the app... Not possible. Had to search online to find a contact number, called to get an appointment, told they have to have me call a different department... Went to counseling here, group and individual here, received excellent care by therapists, psychologists and also psychiatrist. Kaiser is a good mental healthcare provider, and they do refer you as needed. Book your appointment and be your best: Therapy, group and individual and referral out to weekly for awhile so effective have not required any medications.
