Hung up on me in the middle of a crisis. What kind of mental health system does that?
The experiences/appointments I've had with my psychiatrist are pleasant. But, it took over 4 months to actually get in to see them - our visits are a rushed 15-20 minutes, with several months in between visits/follow-ups. Kaiser Mental Health resources are absolutely abysmal and will/are most certainly costing people their lives. Kaiser is the butt of every therapist's joke - literally. Not sure what our astronomical insurance premiums are paying for - other than bloated executive pay at a "nonprofit".
Trash. They give you a script and tell you to check back in in a few weeks. ZERO mental health support.
