Tried to have my prescriptions sent to the Clovis office from the main fresno medical building. Not only did they not send the medication, but the cancelled the prescription. I tried to contact my Dr through email and did not get a response. After a full day with no reply I went back to Fresno to get the medication. Incompetence at the highest level at Kaisers Fresno Pharmacy.
