Stay away from this company, they use the cheap parts that don't last and have terrible workmanship. We had parts incorrectly installed that caused multiple failures just a few years after the Kaiser installation. The repairs were nearly the price of the original installation because good quality parts were used for our repair. STAY FAR AWAY FROM KAISER GARAGE DOORS. I would rate them with minus stars if that was available.
