Not to be trusted. Quick to point the finger, unethical. This was abviously a garage door installation done poorly with a lack of quality or attention to detail. I bought my new build Richmond American home 1 year ago. I noticed a loose s**** on one of the garage door panels and attempted to tighten only to discover that the s**** was actually stripped. Stay away from this company, they use the cheap parts that don't last and have terrible workmanship. We had parts incorrectly installed that caused multiple failures just a few years after the Kaiser installation. The repairs were nearly the price of the original installation because good quality parts were used for our repair. STAY FAR AWAY FROM KAISER GARAGE DOORS. I would rate them with minus stars if that was available.

Absolutely great service, showed up on time that in its self is hard to find now days,replaced the bad motor track and sensors. Also corrected a problem that was on the original install . Others might have let it slide. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks

I recently had a solar-powered mechanical gate repaired at my residence. The Kaiser technician, *****, showed up on time and did a professional job. His expertise was beneficial as he helped understand the problem and made me aware of other aspects of maintaining the gate mechanism in good order. He was very fast and efficient and I would recommend Kaiser to others for this kind of work!

Great Company fast response came out on their day off to take measurements of My garage door replaced everything for me at a reasonable price I've gotten other quotes from different companies this one by far was the best one if I ever get a new house I will call them again

****** installed my new garage door 7 years ago and it's been trouble-free ever since. My contractor forgot to mention that I needed to have the metal panels sealed annually, so they began to fade. I phoned ****** last year and they sent Francisco to do the re-sealing and he also replaced the rubber seal. He did a great job! This year, I called and requested Francisco, again. He is awesome! So professional and efficient and fun! *****, in the office, is fantastic to deal with! ****** is awesome!
