The technician and nurses and assistants were very professional and most of all kind. They made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable setting.
Had to wait 1 year+ to get appointment for colonoscopy. I called dept. directly (MD to me to call since he couldn't do anything) with all relevant info. and never received a return call. Primary MD said to wait. I had to push the issue with my primary to inform him that it has been over 1 year since referral. He responded after being pressured by me.
