Very helpful and friendly nurses, technicians, and doctors. They went above and beyond to make sure I received all of the care and testing that my situation required. I felt well taken care of and well informed before my appointments were over.
Everyone from front office managers, radiologist, especially my radiologist’s assistant helping and taking images, keeping me calm were extremely professional, stayed late and were extremely nice..
returning in the rain late at night also i was the last to leave the hospital finding my car and finding the parking lot with no one to direct me it was raining had problem finding the freway no directinon in the rain with no street lights

Kaiser Vallejo Radiology Dept: The interaction with the Rose (Radiology Front desk) who was the first to greet me, she made me feel so welcomed! I felt like I had known her for years. As I sat there I couldn't help but to hear she is that way with every single patient. She makes you feel at home. That set the tone for my appointment.
