Extremely well organized. Staff was all friendly, knowledgable,and compassionate. They explained everything very well and always made sure I was comfortable. Procedure went on without a hitch.
My experience was excellent. All of the staff were professional, kind, and helpful. This includes the radiologist. I have had zero discomfort or pain. None. Steri-strips are still in place. And now, -lol. I understand that was a new table they were trying out. Yuck, that was so uncomfortable!! There still needs to be some improvement- I have suggestions, but won’t include them here. 😂😂. I am a big-enough lady- I can only imagine how awful that would be for a bigger lady. I would still nonetheless rate my experience as a 10
Under the circumstances it was a very good experience I was exceptionally taken care of by the wonderfully compassionate professional staff
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This was a very trying time so the staff at Kaiser being so kind and relaying information to me helped calm me down.
Dr. Kenny in the Pain Clinic is a Rock Star. She always remembers my medical history and things I have said before. Shes compassionate, kind and understanding. She gives good suggestions and really listens to you.
