First, construction relocated the radiology department and the signage was poor. The iv tech ruptured my veins four times and blamed me. I was not given clear instructions and missed the prompts to "take a breath and hold it". I called out during the test and got no response. They say the pictures turned out OK, but they could be rubbish. No confidence. Kaiser is becoming a Third world health delivery system.
