Worlds worst customer service. Kaiser is absolutely horrific.
Had a new prescription to pick up here. They ran a smooth operation and seemed adequately staffed. Everyone was professional and concise.
Internal to Kaiser building sent there after urgent care appointment. Easy to understand and for how busy they are filling immediate prescriptions decent wait time. Kaiser is Kaiser just a review of the facility on a weekday 2pm quite normal experience.
