Update of previous review dated March 18, 2020. JASMINE was especially helpful in changing credit card number for payment and for giving me a temporary password to be able to login to bill pay to make the payment!
It has been so difficult to change my credit card information to be able to pay my monthly bill. Nowhere on the website is there to update this information. I thought I would be able to do this in the area of Personal Information. That was not to be! I cannot be the only person who has to change their payment method
