Scott is a nice guy; easy to work with, and reasonably priced. BUT he didn't sand the floors of my house properly, so when the job was done there were areas that still had the old stain and were darker. He agreed (without argument) to redo the job, and the final result was much better, although there were still some areas that were darker due to old stain being present. Maybe this was just an "off" day for him, but as much as I'd like to I can't give him 5 stars - it's not justified.
