Caprecia (sp?) who facilitates the Wednesday 10 am IRP online program is not a good fit. She put my hand down and refused to call on me. I know what it is like to have people who "hog" the time. I am not that person. The following week she denied me admission to the meeting online. Caprecia is a detriment to all seeking recovery. Cruel place the day treat meant programs will kick you out if you relapse or miss days not even giving you a chance to make up the days they also make you wait months to do day treat meant again so if you are on probation and got kicked kaiser will be careless not care about you going back to jail or prison also not given one care that this will jeopardize your sober life with relapsed due to depression this place only gives one chances no second chances giving people cold shoulders and backs turned when their life is at sta... read more

Great staff, wish there were more of them.
Im new member to Kaiser. I was surprised at how friendly all my interactions over the phone have been with the staff.. Dr Whitehill is my assigned DR. and has been very helpful.. Immediate response on e-mail questions..
