Towed my vehicle under the guise they would help fix it as a tax write off. Found out they couldn't after waiting 2 weeks for them to respond. "The owner has to talk to his lawyer." Then when the manager came said "if someone can donate the part we can fix it" then proceeded to give numbers to local churches. 2 weeks after towing our car and making us wait. 2 weeks after daily calls, filing paperwork and submitting medical documents. Being told we weren't a big enough tax write off is disgusting. Crooks at its finest.
Kasier Automotive was awesome and helpful. Took less time to recharge my AC. Told me it would be 2 1/2 -3 hours. It took less time. I'll be back when I need work on my car. I trust them
Kaiser Automotive was great! They were able to get me an appointment time quickly. They did a diagnostic and kept me updated on what the issue was and got my approval before continuing. Very professional and great prices.
