I had a great experience getting my car serviced here! The team was professional & friendly. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed sooner than expected. We took our Traverse to have the air conditioner fixed. They ran tests to diagnose it properly and were quick and professional! They communicated well about the issues with the vehicle and their procedures to fix it!
I've had nothing but great experiences with Kaiser. This most recent visit went way faster than I thought it would; I found out that my alternator was dying, and from the time they diagnosed the issue until they were able to fix it was 24 hours. I was expecting a much longer wait to get my car fixed, and it was also reasonably priced. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional as well. I will continue to visit Kaiser for my car's needs!
