Had no info on a house she was the listing agent for. 15 min after we looked at it (shown by the owners because she wasn’t available) she wanted to know if we would like to make an offer? Couldn’t tell me age of roof, AC, Or anything else. How do you make an offer without information? You going to buy a car without knowing what year it was made or the number of miles on it?
