Kaiser has been working with us for about 5 years now, maybe even longer. They've taken care of everything we've ever needed. They worked on things such as the thermostat and re-installing the garage system. They come on time and they're clean. As for their value and cost for service, I felt it was a bit high because I'm on an annual contract and they skipped one of my appointments. When my air conditioning unit burnt out, I called Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal. They came out on the same day to do an installation of a new unit. The designer and the two installers did a great job at completely redoing the ducting and setting the zoning to my satisfaction. Since the installation, they have responded to all of my concerns and fixed any problems I had. I would say this company is courteous, reliable, and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anybody.
