Technologist checked me in and in a matter of minutes took me to the Radiology Department. She was very friendly and helpful. The X-rays only took a few minutes and I was free to go. No glitches, no problems, just the way a medical appointment should be!
Always a great visit. Rhonda and Dr. Timbo are the absolute best. They always know who we are and not just a chart. Would recommend them to anyone.
Saw Theresa Nguyen, Licensed Optician at Vision Essentials Kaiser Permanente at North Arundel today. She was prompt, polite, patient thru my million questions, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and found me a terrific pair of eyeglasses. In & out in 30 minutes. Could not have asked for a better experience! Very Highly Recommended! Upon return to pick up my eyeglasses Theresa was very polite & professional. Even when I came back in 20 minutes later for further adjustment! Highly professional & helpful!
As a first time mom and have questions and concerns which they answer them and give me more guidance is a big help. Thank you and I look forward to see you guys again
