I don’t know anyone who is happy when they are in pain. Beginning with the call back I received to schedule an appointment after sending a message through kp.org, to check in, vials with the Assistant, to the SUPERB care which ALWAYS includes personalized attention and detail from Dr. Chaffo in Podiatry, I could not be happier now despite the pain!!!! TRULY thankful for this group of professionals and will continue using Kaiser for years to come because of people like them!!!
My experience with Jessica Davis was amazing! I was very impressed with how I was treated. She was very professional with listening to my questions and concerns,. She gave me positive feedback, she has such a good listening ear. I did get a little emotional durning the video visit, however she felt my pain with acknowledgment. I was seen in urgent care today 7/20/21 for acute medical problem and the care l received was exceptional; Thanks to my incredible nurse named JASMINE. She was very professional, treated me with Respect and Dignity., most importantly very skilled. There was prompt response to my call lights, while in my room her, patience. calming voice, and gentle touch made me feel l was all that mattered at that moment. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my medical needs! Kaiser has really good doctors who know their profession and they take time and listen to you when you tell them your concerns.
The Ortho Team has taken great care of me. I’m truly thankful to them for providing great care and showing they value their patients and do their best so we may achieve full recovery.
