Lacy is an incredible therapist. From the very first session, I could tell how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She’s not only smart and skilled in her approach but also has an amazing ability to truly understand what you’re going through. She always knows how to guide the conversation in a way that feels supportive and insightful, and I’ve made so much progress thanks to her. If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, understanding, and sharp, I can’t recommend Lacy enough.

Kairos Wellness Collective has been providing a combination of excellent mental health services in Boulder, Colorado, for a number of years and recently opened a second office in Fort Collins, Colorado, where Kairos offers additional support and workshops for families.
