July 2025 - The Kairos roofing team met and exceeded my expectations for the tile re-roof of my 2 story Davie home - from the initial sales/financing contact with Christian, hoa/city permitting (which was seamless) and throughout the project, managed by Dexter, the communication was daily. We were always informed on what was happening and Dexter was a fantastic liaison from beginning to end. I had a great experience with Kairos Roofing! I needed some cracked tiles replaced for insurance purposes, and they handled everything quickly and professionally. Carlos and Roberto came out and were fantastic—friendly, courteous, and efficient. They explained what they were doing, took photos for documentation, and made sure the work was done thoroughly. I really appreciated how easy and stress-free they made the whole process. Highly recommend!
