They say they have a curfew but patients come out on the sidewalk and wake-up near by residents all hours of the night. Smoking cigarettes playing music, Looks like a lack of supervision and clearly unprofessional with little to no regard for established neighbors. I left a message about my concern with no reply back. Will continue to record all disturbances
