Our office enjoyed using Kairos for a brief period of time, however we noticed the quality of the crowns coming back declined as time went on. More adjustments, needing to be sent back. We did a fairly large veneer case with them and it even though we went through extensive communication with them, the case did not look how we wanted. The office also charged us an interest fee on a payment that was 3 days late. We will never use this lab again.
