I reached out to Christina because of health issues I’ve been struggling with for the past 4 years. We worked together for a year on a one-on-one basis. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, patient, and most of all, helpful. I implemented the skills she taught me on a daily basis – and though my health issues haven’t gone away or have been “cured” I am now better able to manage all that comes with the chronic illness.
