This apartment complex was purchased by Kairoi a few weeks ago and has been nasty since. The carpets in the halls are disgusting, the trash rooms are filthy, there is dog poop everywhere, no dog bag stations filled, community trash is flowing over. Absolutely disgusting. Cortland did such an amazing job maintaining this property, and this new company is terrible. Has to leave one star to give review wish I could give zero.
