⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with management regarding something as basic as access to our assigned mailbox. I asked the leasing office for the mailbox key and was first told that maintenance has it. I was then told that we do not need a key. When I asked whether someone could simply walk with us to the mailbox and open it, I was told there was nothing in the mailbox. Whether the mailbox was empty at that moment is beside the point. This apartment complex was purchased by Kairoi a few weeks ago and has been nasty since. The carpets in the halls are disgusting, the trash rooms are filthy, there is dog poop everywhere, no dog bag stations filled, community trash is flowing over. Absolutely disgusting. Cortland did such an amazing job maintaining this property, and this new company is terrible. Has to leave one star to give review wish I could give zero.
