Update. It’s now been 20 years and still here! I've been with KaiPerm for 12 years. Love them. Employees are super friendly and always quick to help. Never had any issues. I see the other reviews...I'd say 8 out 10 phone calls I generally get through pretty quick. Every now and then you do get the voice mail during lunch hours but its a small credit union so it is what it is. No issues here, love KaiPerm.
Great service for 26 years. They get back to me when needed. I haven’t had a problem with getting through by phone like other reviewers. mobile deposit is a little less convenient with extra steps. Less expensive to order foreign currency than Onpoint CCU.
Love the gals at the front area! such nice people to bank with , it’s nice they know me by name now. TY for the Great service 🙃
