( in writing) …we payed this right away , and had a meeting set with Simenpal Kainth who didn’t end up doing anything for us …tried to jump the price up to 1500 + …& when we asked about him honouring the price quoted in our email he said not happening … became rude / full of him self /unprofessional.. laughed and said “your speaking to a lawyer” as if he doesn’t care what’s written he will still not honour it and thinks he will get away with it being a lawye... read more
He was my lawyer and he is a very good person with a good personality. He helped me out with many hard things and is truly amazing at what he does.
Before arriving at Kainth Law Group I attempted to make a will online using Willful.ca I found that experience to be extremely arduous. After no more than 20 minutes I knew this was not for me. They charge before you start. Getting a refund was more difficult than expected. Next day I visited the Kainth Law Group and was welcomed by the staff who were totally professional and prepared my will explained all about the will had it typed and signed on little time. Cost was a little more than Willful but what a major difference.
My overall experience with Simenpal Kainth and his team has been exceptional. Navigating legal matters—especially those involving family—can be incredibly challenging and emotional, but I felt supported every step of the way.
