I would give this place -2 stars if I could. RUDE guy in this company! I don't know if he is an agent or the owner but he has an attitude problem. I moved to New York from out of state and needed an apartment. I found an ad and called. He was dismissive and tried to tell me the apartment was no longer available meanwhile the ad was up for over 2 weeks. I have a Hispanic accent and I am sure that is why I was treated this way

Don't trust this company. I worked with a realtor - Julian. He walked me through apartments and really pressured me to put a security deposit (refundable) on an apartment. I did, but told him I wasn't fully committed. However, he called me the next day and said that the apartment I put a security deposit on was already signed - which was a lie. He just found someone who could commit even though I already had a deposit on the room. Terribly stressful and took forever to get my money back.
