Go to jail, get new new staff!
Never had a problem with Dr Kumar and his staff. Appointments were easy to make. A wait in the office is not extraordinarily long and staff is usually good at accommodating.
Grab a book, put on Netflix, find something to do while you wait on hold for an eternity to be assisted when calling Dr. Kumar's office. I am leaving this review not as a patient but as an employee of another doctor's office. Whenever I call this office to inquire about a mutual patient I am on hold for at least 10-15 minutes. I have to call multiple times to have reports and results faxed over because they seem to have some sort of amnesia in that office. I will never refer patients to Dr. Kumar if I can avoid it. Needed a referral for surgery for trans-related surgery. They give me a referral to CSU, that doesn't even do the surgery. Call repeatedly and always get put on hold for up to 45 mins. I can hang up and call back and still get placed on hold, even when I call right when they open! One of his staff constantly called me he or sir.
