Mismanges Money , I am in the army , I emailed 4 times to state that I infact was coming to move my things out of the house , They went into the apartment and cleaned it out and threw away ALL of my things without knowledge to me and sent me something about abandonment when I i fact emailed and called
I do not recommend renting from KRM. The property manager is inept and more concerned with her self perceived importance than she is with actually conducting business in an adult and professional manner. Should you have the misfortune of renting from this business, forget trying to get any repairs done. Please think twice if you are considering renting from this horrible place.
Property mgmt won't fix much. We have foundation issues and a humongous crack in the wall, a moldy back porch and patio doors rotting out from the overwhelming mold. Oven door won't close all the way and many other issues. Mold in the bathroom from where the roof leaked and mold around and on ALL of the windows and doors. Screen has a huge hole in it and we've been asking for a new one for several years. Maintenance came by approx 6 months ago to replace smoke detector, said they were going to fix everything and be back out ... read more
I have Rented from this Agency for several Years now (1300 University Parkway and Copper Ridge). This is a very fair and reasonable rental company. They have an after hours emergency number and if someone is not available, they always callback right away with a time of when someone will show up. Everyone is friendly I have spoken with or met. They also have very reasonable rental expectations. I have only ever had pleasant experiences with my time Renting. - Happy Renter
