The dentist do a good job, but their booking management and reception desk are a disaster. I spent $3,000 out of pocket and had Insurance cover $1,000 for invisalign orthodontic treatments. I paid half upfront before treatment and made regular monthly payments to make sure I my account was settled by the time the 4-month treatment was finished. While on vacation here in Kailua I experienced severe dental pain and called Kailua Family Dental (read about them on the Internet). In desperation I called after 7 pm to leave a message but Gayle was there to answer. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning and was so impressed with the friendly, helpful service. Dr Son was so kind and helpful and I was pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable charge. Outstanding.....and my tooth is much better! Thank you so much.
