I ate at Kaiko almost every week for about three years, but recently I've had to move. I did not know what I had until I lost it! I tried the sushi at several restaurants here in Orlando, but they all do not compare to the quality and service I've experienced at Kaiko. I recommend everyone try it at least once and experience the community that has developed at Kaiko over the last decade. I definitely won't forget it.

First time in the area and wanted to try something new. Local cuisine is my favorite, so I decided to try the sushi from this restaurant. It is prepared like no other sushi I've seen. There's great care in proportions in order to make sure each roll you eat has as much flavor as possible. i read such good reviews for this restaurant so i went in with such high expentations and was not impressed it was small, sushi was not that great ive had better else where but there staff was friendly. maybe ill come back and try again if im ever in this side of town, i wish they had more variety and fresher fish, or maybe next time ill go with lower expectations....next time i go anywher i def. wont trust the reviews

best sushi this side of the bridge – after only a couple times of going here, we could tell that they recognized us. everyone is very friendly and the service is good. the quality of food is excellent, very good tuna! mmmmmm... i only wish they had more rolls, they have the standard rolls that everyone else has (tuna, cali, mexican, arizona, ect ) but not much more. the ones that they do have are very good though, they have a very strong base to work from. ive asked them to add/remove things to rolls and theyve happily accom... read more

The Sushi here is great. I didn't like raw fish at all, but they don't prepare it the same way everyone else does. The Sushi here is worth every cent, esp. considering other people tend to charge more for a worse taste. My favorite is the salmon! Thanks!! :)

Absolutely the best sushi restaurant I've been to. I've been to several places around the country, and they all pale in comparison to the craftsmanship and quality of the food from Kaiko.Restaurant sits about 40 people, so it can get a little cramp at time during weekends, so you might want to plan accordingly, or come a little earlier.The staff is very friendly and they are prompt with getting your order and drinks out.I definitely recommend this place.
