Horrible service from someone working the frount counter. I broke out in a terrible rash. I tried to speak to someone about it. Staff at the front counter was rude and refused to let me speak with a manager who can help me resolve my skin concerns. She then put me on hold, hung up and refused to answer the phone when I called back a couple of times. I'm not talking with them or doing business anymore. I'll just dispute my payment for bad service and never go back there.
Had a wonderful 1st time getting a facial and waxing done buy Kai. She assured me and made everything so soothing. Kai is definitely great at what she does.

Kai’s services were nothing but amazing. I’m so glad I was able to finally get in and see her. I got a hydra facial & my lip, brows, and axillas waxed for the very first time and to be honest was super scared but she talked me through it and man I wish I had done this sooner. Ladies I recommend her !! Thank you again for making me feel so good this morning.
