I'm deeply disappointed with the haircut I recently received at your salon. As someone with curly hair, I was very clear and specific about how I needed it to be cut — especially the length — to ensure daily maintenance would be manageable. While the stylist initially seemed to understand and follow my instructions, she continued cutting shorter and shorter, disregarding what we'd discussed.
