I LOVE Kaia Fit!! Fun, challenging workouts in a supportive environment. Classes include cross training, barre, dance and yoga. The variety keeps it interesting. Kaia promotes healthy living and positive attitudes. I’ve never had so much fun working out!
I Kaia to get stronger and healthier. I also Kaia to get out of my comfort zone. Also, amazing support from amazing women! It's definitely more then a gym. It's life changing!
My life has been forever changed thanks to Kaia Fit SR. I joined over two years ago and I cannot imagine my life without the support of my Kaia Tribe. These women, led by Owner and instructor Kirsta, bring so much joy into my life. I am stronger than I have ever been both mentally and physically. Who knew I'd grow to love push ups and burpees so much?!
