This place was life changing for me while I went. I came to kaia for about two years, I was able to lose 20lbs after I had my fourth baby. A lot of my days were filled with anxiety and depression, the women here were very supportive and motivating. The co owners Ashley and jenn were always kind, patient and supportive.
