I love the workouts and the coaches at Kaia Folsom. There is such a positive community of women working out together. I not only get great workouts, I also have made forever friendships.
Great place for group workouts for women. Different skill levels to get the best workout for each individual needs. Friendly and attentive coaches! They push you just enough without being drill instructors. Love this place and the people ... Still true!!
