Update 18 months in: I am thankful to be down 30 pounds this year due to the fitness and nutrition support of the coaches. I have also made some great friends. I appreciate the support and comraderie here. Update 1 year later: I still attend this gym and have grown in my health and fitness goals. I appreciate the well-rounded coaching given to address all areas of life. Working out isn't all you need to be healthy! This gym is not just an amazing place to workout but also a great community of woman. Some many different workouts for all different levels of fitness. Update: kaia fit has kept me so motivated and has helped me achieve many of my fitness goals. The positive atmosphere is always so motivating. such a welcoming and supportive gym and group of woman! Kaia is more than a gym but a community of friends!
