My experience at Kai Total Wellness with Tina was nothing short of MAGICAL. I was gifted a Sound Bath. Having tried several different types of therapy and counseling, my expectations were not great. I had the opportunity to take part in several sound bands with kai. I did a couples sound bath, a group workshop, and most recently a one-on-one restorative session. each one was amazing and I felt refreshed relaxed and reset! Their pop up locations are perfect!
An update: I had an amazing sole session w/ Kai Total Wellness, Tina last night that I had to brag about. I’ve had a couple of these treatments in the past but last night was a extra special as she hand picked edible flowers and herbs from the 15th Street Farm for a fun sensory exploration first followed by a delicious flourless cake for my birthday celebration.
