I waited an hour in a crowded, overstimulating waiting room where patients are herded like cattle. I waited even more in the room. The staff are all reading from a prompt, very manipulative and faux friendly, maximizing throughput and profits. Dr Sung was abrasive, standoffish, and desperately needs sensitivity and communication training, to learn how to engage with actual disabled people. He wanted to offload me in the first few minutes, so I let him know I would be leaving, but he made me stay and listen to him longer befo... read more
Staff, management, registration,check-in, patient portal, and phone systems all dysfunctional.Quoted me generalized information while insulting my medical software and engineering background.Pushed and tried to sell me on procedures that had no warranted basis for executing.Virtually impossible to use the patient portal or effectively contact using their helter-skelter phone system.Failed to divulge all of the test results in an accurate and timely manner - taking up to 7 weeks.
Dr. Sung is a very personable Doctor. He treats you with respect and talks to you so that you can understand. We love this Doctor. We trust him with our life.
Dr Sung is a nice guy and good Dr. However, for our last 2 visits we waited over an hour past our appointment time to see him. Seems like he schedules too many appointments and has no respect for the patient’s time.
Saw Dr. Sung for 3 visits because I was having a problem with syncope w/collapse and arterial blockage. He was arrogant and dismissive. I switched over to CVAM and have had 2 procedures to unplug the arteries and I needed a pacemaker. He completely missed the mark. My new cardiologist told me I could have died without the immediate care I got from CVAM. Please use caution and do your due diligence when seeing this doctor.
Dr. Sung is a fabulous doctor. I have been seeing him for nearly 20 years, but in the last 5 years the office has grown into a massive corporation with horrible, office management: it has been nearly impossible/ impossible to get a message to the doc, or a question answered and especially to make an appointment. To call the office you will be put on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes, then transferred to an answering service where yoiu will hold another 10 minutes, then you may or may not get a call back to make an appointment... read more
Dr.Sung is very knowledgeable and takes his time with patients. He is number one in my book.
Dr. Sung has been treating my 86 year old mom beginning with her pacemaker procedure. He is extremely professional, has a great sense of humor, and treats my mom respectfully while also communicating the medical information to me as well.
Went to Dr Sung for my heart issue and couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Sung and his staff did an excellent job through the whole process. After my heart procedure I feel like new again!
