Our first appointment was great. He made us feel at ease.
My time is valueable to me being 81 years old. And to be asked to arrive 15 minutes early is just fine. But to then wait for an hour past me appointment time is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. When Advent Health bought out all of the doctors they could they then dictated how long to spend with a patient and how many to see in a day. I believe its 20 minutes per patient which makes me wonder why I am asked to arrive at 3:00 for a 3:15 appointment and then sit in an exam room until 4:15 to be seen.
