I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kai, and I can honestly say it was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Host greeted us promptly, polite/friendly, showed us to our table upstairs. Dirty plate on table... Swapped with next table's plate. Ordered a Sushi roll and the Tempura shrimp ( lightly fried with veggies). Ordered 2 cocktails. which showed up long after our appetizers. Not impressed. The order delivered was the sushi roll version of the tempura shrimp, not the hot appetizer. Advised the waitress that i had ordered the hot version. Adore this place. Couldn’t find good Branson food so booked it up to Springfield for Kai. They were trying to close their kitchen early but we were not having it lol! Thank you for outstanding service food and cocktails! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Update: Came to Springfield for a major purchase which took many hours to complete and missed dinner.
